By accessing or using ThreadWarz ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ThreadWarz. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it up to date.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant ThreadWarz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it within the Service. You agree not to post content that is illegal, offensive, infringing, or violates another person's rights.

5. Competitions & Prizes

ThreadWarz runs monthly fashion competitions. Winners are determined by community votes. Prize amounts are displayed on each competition page. ThreadWarz reserves the right to modify prize structures, disqualify entries that violate these Terms, and withhold prizes in cases of fraud or manipulation. Prizes are paid out manually and may take up to 14 business days after a competition ends.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating fake accounts or manipulating votes
• Harassing, bullying, or threatening other users
• Uploading malicious code or attempting to compromise the Service
• Using bots or automated tools to interact with the Service
• Infringing on intellectual property rights

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ThreadWarz does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThreadWarz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
